Found you on Pinterest. Thanks so much for sharing this idea, I can't wait to make it with my 5 yr old daughter and her BFF. I printed your template in gray scale so I can use it as a pattern. I'm going to make each piece of Santa out of craft paper and let them glue him together themselves, on a larger piece of card stock. Then let them stamp each number and I'll write the poem at the bottom. They will have so much fun gluing on cotton balls every day.... and it's so much better than candy! :)
that's what i was going to say. there should only be 24 spots on here. The poem says when they are all full that is the night he will come, but he comes on the 24th, not the 25th. Quick round in photoshop and i will have one of these done out for my boys. Thanks for the great template! * i will be removing the 25 and moving the 24 over a little.*
Hi! This is really cute! I can't wait to start it with my girls! It does seem to be missing the #4 but we will just squeeze in a cotton ball for that day. :)
Is there a way for you to email me this calendar? I want to download it to my desktop but every time I go to download it it wants me to sign up for this software. Thanks! lucyjf1980@gmail.com
Love it! Thanks so much - I just added to my free printables list! http://thelinkshoppe.com/linky-loos-wanna-dos/free-printables/?preview=true&preview_id=2383&preview_nonce=30fd95c7f6
hi! thanks for the cute santa beard! my little boy couldn't handle gluing just one cotton ball a day, or stopping at 24 so we have a pretty beardy santa! i also linked your blog from my post. Thanks!
Thank you so much for this, I printed it a few weeks ago and had a hard time waiting to show my kids! They love it. Being 3 and 4 they had a hard time just doing one ball a day at first, so I filled a bowl with cotton wool, glitter pom poms and Xmas sequins so they could add a decoration each day too. Santas hat is now very fluffy too! Thanks again, happy Christmas xxx
HI thank you so much for this - my toddler loved it. I was thinking this would be a great idea for an all year round calender with different things to stick on. Do you know if that exists?
Thanks for the idea! We tried it and I blogged about it today and linked up to this page too! Please come check out my post: http://savegreenbeinggreen.blogspot.com/2013/03/kids-crafts-inspired-from-pinterest.html

ReplyDeleteThis is super cute! But I'm confused what you do with the 25th. Won't it still be empty the night that Santa comes?

ReplyDeleteI LOVE this! However, shouldn't it only have 24 days, not 25, since Santa comes the night of the 24th?
ReplyDeleteSo sweet. Thank you for making this available.
ReplyDeleteThis is a cute idea but as others have mentioned, according to the poem it should end on the 24th. Thanks for sharing.

ReplyDeleteThe 25th should be taken off bc that is Christmas night. Isn't he supposed to come on Christmas eve?
